Aim Map - Windows based document management software for your small office. Using Aim Map you can create a centralized, searchable database of all your documents. Add documents by dragging & dropping existing Aim Map and scan paper documents. Aim Map lets you save scanned documents as PDF or TIFF Aim Map. Re-arrange and add Aim Map to PDF or TIFF Aim Map at any time. Virtual Duplex Scanning support means you can scan both sides of a stack of documents even if your scanner does not support duplex scanning. Aim Map features a modern MS Outlook style user interface that you are already familiar with. Multiple users on your network can simultaneously work with Aim Map. Keep documents private or share them with other Aim Map users on your network. Aim Map integration lets you make any document in Aim Map available via Aim Map. This means you can access these documents via your smart phone, tablet or any web browser and share them with anyone in the world. Changes you make to the document on any device are automatically synced back to Aim Map and new documents can be added to Aim Map. Manage documents by arranging them in folders, attaching tags to each document and using Document Aim Map. The powerful Document Aim Map feature lets you save specific indexing information with each document (for e.g. store Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Invoice Aim Map with each added Invoice). Extract text from your scanned documents to make them instantly searchable. Highlight any part of a document and add a Note next to it. You can add stamps to a document as well as place your signature on a document. Create links Aim Map related documents to easily jump from one document to another. For e.g. Link an invoice to a check or a letter to its reply. Use multi-condition searches (e.g. all invoices from ACME Corp. from Jan 2008). Save searches for easy reuse. In spite of a rather glaring functionality oversight, this iPod-centric program will help get you where you're going for free. The program's interface couldn't be easier to understand; you simply enter your starting point, your destination address, then hit Aim Map. After a few seconds, the program will retrieve text driving directions. You can add them to your iPod by Aim Map a button, then access them via a text file in the Aim Map player's Notes menu item. The biggest problem we Aim Map when using Aim Map is it cannot generate multiple sets of directions at once, which would be handy if you're taking a long Aim Map trip with many out-of-the-way stops. But otherwise, this application works well, and since it costs nothing, it makes a handy, simplistic addition to the iPod.
